Oliver Frederik Hahr is the Director of Consulting and Public Relations and the driving force behind oha communication's international orientation. He enjoys scouting new markets for clients, develops PR concepts and supports their realization.

Oliver grew up in the USA and Germany and started his career with organizing and promoting concerts. He studied musicology, then shifted to business administration in media and communication, majoring in journalism and public relations. Oliver worked in corporate communications as well as internet and PR agencies in Cologne, Düsseldorf, São Paulo (Brazil) and Tübingen before founding oha communication in Stuttgart in August 2007.

Verena Engenhart is a Account Executive in Consulting and Public Relations. She manages projects, plans and coordinates the implementation of PR activities and takes care of the evaluation. She is also experienced in website development and search engine optimization.

Verena graduated in international marketing management and gathered professional experience at B/S/H Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances, Junkers and Burkhardt Leitner constructiv. She started at oha communication as Trainee in 2008 and continued in 2010 as PR consultant after an internship at our partner agency Spector & Associates in New York City.

Daria Benefeld is a Student Trainee in Consulting and Public Relations. She is our expert for media and PR in Russia and supports the team with research and presentations.

Daria studied Germanistics and Anglistics in Kemerovo (Russia). She worked as translator and as lector for the West-Siberian newspaper "Stoboj". In 2005, Daria moved to Germany and studies business administration with technical orientation at the University of Stuttgart.

Caitlin Hurt is a Student Trainee in Consulting and Public Relations. She is a specialist for media and PR in the USA and supports the team with research and presentations.

Caitlin is currently studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, as well as Global Communication in Seattle, Washington. Her practical experience thus far includes market research, merchandising planning and cross marketing consultation. As a personal interest, she continues to explore the increasing importance of social media and intercultural communication in public relations.

Christiane Laude is a Student Trainee in Consulting and Public Relations and supports oha communication in international PR projects with focus on South America.

Christiane grew up in Brazil. She studied communications and journalism in her hometown Salvador de Bahia. Since 2005, she has been working as an editor and presenter for newspapers, radio and TV stations. In 2009, Christiane moved to Stuttgart to join the Master Program "Corporate Communications" at the Media University (HdM).

Marc is a degreed and awarded designer and the creative head of a bureau for graphic design, visual and verbal communication. He and his team master complex corporate design creation processes as well as individual projects especially in the fields of services, industry, art and culture.

Thomas Escher of MINDMATIC is our specialist for web conception and social media. He graduated in business administration majoring in media and communication before he started working as an Assistant of the General Manager at Burda Direct Group. In early 2006 Thomas changed his job and joined Burda Yukom as Editor in Digital Media. Meanwhile he’s been working freelance as an Interactive Producer in New York.

Jens graduated in business adminstration, majoring in media management, engineering and marketing. He worked for leading trade publications in Germany and published hundreds of magazine editions. As business development manager he paved the way for several publications in India and now shares his knowledge on the market as consultant.

Gitta is a master of words with a degree in German, history and political science. She worked for several PR agencies before opening her own office in 2003. The ability to pour even the most difficult topics into easy-to-read sentences is her specialty.

Dino studied business administration in media and communication and majored in journalism and public relations. He worked as a science communications specialist for publishing houses, universities, corporate R&D departments as well as research organizations such as the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft.

Dr. Gerhard Vilsmeier of i&e communications is our experienced specialist for international employee communications.

Gerhard studied history and communication and earned his doctorate degree at the LMU in Munich and the University of Vienna. He worked in journalism for several years and then joined the Siemens AG. Here, he later became Head of Internal Corporate Communications and chief editor of the “SiemensWorld”, issued worldwide with 460,000 copies in five languages. As a consultant, Gerhard focuses on the development and implementation of integrated employee and management communications. He is also a trainer at various communication schools.
